What work did scott do in the years since the SOE was shipped sampels?

You can assume anything you like but the burden of proof is on you.
If the report was good we would have recieved it.

If it was only a matter of economics they would have supplied the report to stay on good terms so they could get a "world class" mine in the future.

The report was sent imo.

Scott didnt share it because it would not benifit him.
