I am voting NO until they tie share price into a must meet milestone before getting a bonus.

Some will say that that is out of their control, but that is not entirely true as stock price would be higher if the insiders held on to some of their free stock, instead of dumping a large percentage of it on the market.

Not looking for a high stock price milestone, 5 to 15% yearly PPS growth would be acceptable.

I am tempted to vote YES on all issues just to piss off the shorts
