Our attorneys are fully using the now public documents to show the real reason for the sweep - the attitude of Treasury - the almost non existence of a counter party to Treasury in the FHFA - and to then wrap all that up as being in stark contrast to what the law allowed and intended

Some of us understand that with the immunity clause some judges might choose the Lamberth path to hide behind such clause. Actually, I doubt if Lamberth in round one would have been ready to hide SUCH ACTIVITY behind the clause

Seriously increases my sense we should be able to get two of the three judges to reverse - send back - or at minimum ask for the (non existent) administrative record
