Matching numbers is great. I dont think that the samples would be different.
What i do believe is that there is something in those numbers that make the property not quite as good as shareholders believe.
I personally dont put much value in numbers gathered over 50 years ago.
Not that they are not accurate but that since the time of the gulf report the world has changed and learned quite a bit.
Just as a for instance...
Lead.
Used in gasoline and childrens toys at the time of the gulf report.
Since then the world has learned that some elements are far more dangerous than previously thought.
If my hunch is correct there are elements in our rocks that will add substaintial costs to mining them.
Be it waste removal or just health dangers the added cost make the mine questionable to operate.
Like i said this is only a hunch. But this is why I question the SOE report being missing. Did the chinese supply us with a report stating why they didnt want it and Scott shredded it and realized it was time to move on
