Yes, they Ph*cked us 1 last time with that amazing 134 share sell @ .00001 to drop the price 90% before the R/S. Let's see, that is equal to .00134 a little over 1/10th of a penny cash money, nothing obvious about that!!!! And by the time we can trade the new shares the price will drop another 70% - 80% so we will end up with a few pennies if we are lucky....
1,000,000 X .0001 = $100.00 original cost if bought at .0001
1,000,000 / 30,000 = 33.33 rounded to 34 shares
34 X .00001 = .00034

Hopefully if you owned only 3 million shares you would have a whole penny before the 70% - 80% drop before you could sell. leaving you a total loss plus brokerage fees of $20 for the R/S.

I am sure the company found that it was in their shareholders best interest to take all of those large salaries and to blatantly screw everyone of them.

Chalk it up to a learning experience and a tax deduction, and don't forget to send out the thank you notes to FINRA and the SEC for allowing this crap to continue happening.

P.S. the FBI and the IRS may want to look into this deliberate fraud.
