Try sugarcoating the R/S all you want......bottom line is if you have 20 million shares or so, your bottom line will be affected tremendously by a 500 or 1000 R/S. And if one transpires, what's to stop Tilden from diluting this into the billions again? I've seen it happen countless times in the pinks post split. He has absolutely sunk SIML with the excessive dilution implemented......FAR more than Powell and Aruda. At least those two clowns didn't dilute us into oblivion. Tilden has gone into uncharted territory here. I don't give a damn how "strong" their management team is. "Strong" management doesn't screw their shareholders over so soon after a 1000 R/S. Keep buying those 1's, though, in the meantime.
