I actually agree with you.

DP must indeed be a high character to think common investors would stand by while they pulled IVXX revenue out of quarter one and insiders sold shares on that information, and to think we would tolerate the RS of common shares and not his insider preferred shares. DP must be a VERY high character.

The massive AS increase was at least understandable to finance the monthly losses and build outs. The rest of it is "high" behavior indeed.
