Vakser's "rent-a-CEO's" fall into a predictable pattern---

1) All are in desperate need of money--> Rev. Clark Ortiz was fighting foreclosure on his $650k home... Luther Jeffries lived in a trailer park with wife Tina Tatsey and grand kids... Jorge Saenz lived in a modest house next to Jehovah's Witness "Kingdom Hall"... Kent Linduff was forced to file for bankruptcy protection etc..

2) The going concerns of each are minimal, unprofitable and certainly not worthy of having a public company finance them.

3) Eddie promises them the moon and tells each exactly what they want to hear. They believe him and put their credibility on the line. Eventually they realize Eddie has no intention of following through with his promises of support. Once Eddie has exploited their resume's, business ideas and driven the share price to .0001 --he hangs them out to dry until they quit.

4) With no one to run the ticker, Eddie returns and blames the failure on THEM.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
