the good-guy board vrs. the bad-guy board (saw that coming from first tweet and subsequent advertisement- I posted introduction of divide_&_ conquer strategy)---this is in relation also to keeping the SP propped up_&_in-house so to speak. A COUNTRY CLUB INVESTMENT COMMUNITY-members only.--2000 holders of record got lit-up by TPAC.
Virtual NASDAQ-TPAC going to NASDAQ by some other way: 'more than one way to get listed on NASDAQ'-FR-(not getting there by traditional ways of revenue,etc.)
a R/M looms large now by FR-they are in charge there ,not Bill. Them. The ones who came in with the Ex-Im doa loan submittal.Need I say more in regards to Risk vrs. Reward and confidence in Managments word.
there are other highlights as well_but_they are very negative from here.I posted my caution statement_and_ that will have to suffice.
I also posted what I consider a reasonable re-entry SP given the Risk vrs. Reward factor for TPAC now having revealed their position of a penny SP by EOY as well
stick with 10Q from here on out. I am on sidelines.

*you may want to examine more closely though, the statements given concerning the 10 year SLA. and what type of things are involved.Machinery is of special interest to me.Whats' up with that.Are we salesmen or what_?_ Are they our machines_?_
Anyway,It is for Boeing to decide if_TPAC_is viable. I'm sticking with Boeings judgments concerning_TPAC_
