Then the entire ask "being bought up" was not true and assuming so would not be correct.

That said, it was a surprising move by somebody in a stock with zero volume in two weeks. Even though it was only $3,600, comparatively speaking it was enough of a change to say somebody heard something....and in the past it has always been somebody talking to Wayne and listening to his twisted words.

My bet? Wayne told somebody he applied for his Marina permit today. Too bad that sounds so good to the naive. UNGS has no ownership in Wayne's project. But apparently Wayne has agreed with Wayne to have the shareholders fund his project for him.
