If you'll read my post carefully you may see that's what I said. The L3 COO says they don't EXPECT to buy anything over the $100-$200 million valuation mark, but I understand those are words and MAYBE not what's actually in the cards.

It's possible the circumstances changed after he made his comment, I don't know. I'm taking the post for what it says. Right or wrong.

He made a statement, nobody said they have to stick to it.
