Page 21 has a one-liner that they are seeking a partner to assist with the commercialization of their technology. If that was in an earlier version, I missed it, but regardless, it means they realize they can't expect to sell their technology by themselves. I wish they could do it without a partner, but if it takes a partner to get it done that is better than not getting it done at all. I just hope they can get a partner soon because once again, low cash balances are going to be an issue soon.
