That "assumes" that ticker symbol HEMP is in fact a representation of an underlying ongoing business start up, and my contention is that it IS NOT. This symbol is nothing more than a vehicle to sell paper. Any equipment purchases are just simply to create credibility in the story ( pitch ) to sell more paper .

Then when the symbol engages another RS or is just abandoned , the heads also have cover by saying:

" oh, see we tried to make it work, we bought equipment and everything , but start ups are risky , as I'm sure you SH read in our safe harbor statement , and all that $ we got for the sale of shares outside the market , well we spent it " wisely " and you'll just have to take our word for how and to WHO it was distributed , because there are no audited filings, and since we are pink , there's no obligation we file any"
