I was wrong. I did receive a reply from Patrick. it is below.

Elsewhere in the deck we mention that we have less that
50% of the market under license, and we've always been very clear that Apple is
not a licensee since their license expired. The slide was intended to show
investors what we consider to be the immediately licensable opportunity for us,
in terms of driving to our goal of increased revenue.



It sounds like there will be no Apple license in the forseeable future. IMO
