And before that - how many changes did Hall of Fame Beverages make that were supposed to create change etc?

Questions for the board:

Who here has previously taken over a publicly held company, corrected all the prior mistakes from prior management, initiated and completed a comprehensive makeover and turnaround, AND did so in less than 60 days??

If you haven't...WHY would you expect it could be done in such a short period of time?

Ross is still calling the shots - Longoria is still there as another Ross puppet without any business experience.

Kim has missed the late filing deadline of May 23, 2016 for the quarterly report. And none of the crap they file is audited - yet they still can't make a deadline.
