Really??? A 500/1000 R/S wipes out all our portfolios. And it's been in my experience that companies fail after performing a R/S. Nothing but continued dilution afterwards dropping the share value to previous levels at the drop of a hat. What makes SIML any different if they implement the same course of action? Dilution has been Tilden's ONLY course of action so far, and he has done so at mind-boggling levels. There is never any positive outlook with a Reverse Split. Google it......this is usually the death knell for shareholders. I've been around several shareholders on IHUB and NOT one ever benefitted from a R/S. Tilden has to perform a buyback to gain shareholders in his trust. We just suffered an enormous loss late last year, for Christ Sake. When is enough enough?!!!!!
