It may be and there may be, but NNVC, the public company, hasn't filed anything other than a license agreement and an amendment or two, none of which support what you feel "may be" true. I think the latest version is here, but if there's been another amendment please point me to it:

Are they what you were talking about when you said "Keep in mind that NNVC owns the IP developed and paid for in their cGMP facility."?
Can you provide the language from the license agreement that establishes it?

Which of the six(6) NNVC employees do you think might be responsible for what you're calling The Trade Secrets?
