They were suppose to notify us of this significant event right after they found out, its been a month... That is shady. They obviously know this has to be relayed in a timely manner.

Also, there was a big sell off last month, with sell volume spiking right around the time of this suit. Coincidence? Insider selling?

... and now we hear that the backers of the Pet deal are not involved anymore, after giving them $400,000 in stock?... and we learn of this on a message board?!

Sure seems like several negatives are being hidden from us... and when we finally figure it out, theres an unsupported excuse thats conveniently waiting...

This crap is right out of the Quilliam/Kaiser playbook... which makes sense considering the current CEO was a long time business parter of PQs.
