You mean the guy that was reported here to have assured shareholders who called that the A/S WAS BEING REDUCED???
Yeah...Steve sounds like a great guy!
It was plain as day in the filings that the A/S was to REMAIN UNCHANGED!
On 4/11
"From and after the Effective Date, the par value per share of each of the classes of shares of the Corporation shall remain unchanged and the total number of shares which the Corporation has authority to issue for each of the classes of shares of the Corporation shall remain unchanged."

Yet Stevey was telling people...(notice this is one day after the first filing that said the A/S would remain UNCHANGED)

After the reverse split the A/S will be 400 million. I talked to Steve about it today. They will not be diluting any more shares for the time being. They simply raised the A/S in case they need them later. Management has not lied to us yet, I trust them.

he didn't come clean until 5/2...

After the Def14C? The lack of information, and failure to correct misinformation from this company is inexcusable.

I would not believe a word out of this guy's mouth after that incident.
