I'd guess that the volume of shares traded over the last few months is a good indication of how well the company is moving on this.

Blue to black you say....Giant step forward.

With all the past dealings and businesses, I can see it being hard to put out financial statements. Maybe one of the principals thinks the stop sign will get people to "STOP" and take a look at all this company has move forward with in the past and how well it has performed for shareholders.
