4. Apr 12, 2016 - Aurum, a start-up company formed for the purpose of marketing and selling the CreateApp platform in the America's, has signed a master reseller agreement with a company that has an estimated 33,000 martial arts schools across North America, in its network.

On April 12, 2016 the Company’s partner, Aurum Digital, signed an exclusive customer agreement with World Black Belt, Inc. (“WBB”), to rollout the CreateApp platform within WBB’s 5,035-Direct member network and marketing to WBB’s Affiliate Network of 33,000 Martial Art’s Schools.

Bob Wall is the CEO of World Black Belt, Inc. This man is also a legend in the Martial Arts world and is business partners with Chuck Norris.

Huge profits. EPS .09 for the quarter x 4 = .36 x a multiple of 30 is $10.8 estimated pps value for $WEYL. and profits will continue to increase as the CreateApp deals below come online is my guess:

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreements.
On multiple dates during the years of 2012 and 2013, Convertible Notes were issued to Asher Enterprises, Inc., KBM Worldwide, Inc. and Magna Asset Services, Inc.As of April 21, 2015, the convertible notes issued to Asher Enterprises Inc. and Magna Asset Services, Inc. were completely converted representing a zero balance outstanding.

An agreement is in place to retire the KBM Worldwide, Inc. convertible note and is expected to complete by May 29, 2015.

The KBM debt that was left over, I personally paid them off for $106,000 which included principal, interest and penalties. This will be listed in the 10-K and is part of the $180k in CEO payables which was money used to clean up the company last year.

Recently, I converted part of that into shares at .58 per share and will continue to do so instead of taking cash reimbursement.
