Rumors are swirling that the Spencers expect the FBI to turn their Civil Rico to Criminal RICO against him and his family, especially with the recent sea change in naked shorting jurisdiction by the US Supreme Court.


spencer already filed a complaint against Wallace with the FBI. He said Wallace was a terrorist. I'm sure the FBI will give any new allegations by spencer the attention they deserve. ROTFLMAO!

spencer will never sue Wallace in a proper court or file a criminal complaint with anyone. The resulting lawsuit will end spencer's business career.
