Kinda nice not to have to report any earnings, 10Q's, 10K's or anything else.

Makes it easier to scam your investors. At least some got some nice wallpaper certificates for the placement money they put in.

I heard a nice story recently that the former CEO was seen by one of my friends, and had some teeth missing. Karma??
