Nobody has a single clue about what UNGS has or doesn't have related to the Marina. All scam smoke. But we do know that Wayne and his friends own it, not UNGS.

Statements from Wayne like "we are pulling a permit" is misleading to the point of fraud. Just like the WV oil wells that Wayne owned that were worth less than 100K but he sold them to shareholders for Millions then wrote off the loss.

Same thing with the marina.

Wayne and friends - SCAMMERS.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
