But Microsoft lost the lawsuit, and paid about 10 mil no matter what. They are advertising while selling products in retail stores. It is not realistic to expect lots ppl to believe your products better and cheaper than all the rest, and come to buy yours. There are so many anti virus software out there, some are free. The advertisement and sale would be hard. As long as they make progress, it would be good enough. Hopefully they will not do dilution or/RS before the buyout.
