Instead of a sled pusher, everyone witnessed an example of stupidity on steroids. That is what it is when someone the day before boasts that they are going to chase the ask late day, and then actually fulfills their boast, and by doing so, over pays by at least $1000 for the shares bought.

And the volume was not 6 million. At least 1.6 million of the 6 was the converter's market maker posting to the tape their average price of shares sold. It is an informational post only. It gets subtracted out when calculating true volume stats.
