Construction Is Ideal For Scamming because of it's "long" life cycle.

MCIG can make excuses as to why there are delays (like they already have).

IMO, it's very suspicious that they didn't state what the deposits are - and I suspect that MCIG may very well have given concessions in regards to deposits.

In addition, I would not be surprised at all if there are clauses which allow the clients to get out of the contract w/o penalty other than losing a deposit - like if they can't pre-lease cultivation spance.

In addition, someone has already tried to mislead people into thinking that MCIG owns the MJ harvest - when, in fact, they do not. They are construction only. And it's a one and done kind of thing. No recurring profits from cyclical harvesting of MJ and actually owning the MJ Harvest.

IMO, they are missing the boat big time.

Most marijuana scams start out as construction or real estate scams and then turn into overnight marijuana companies...this one has it backwards!
