yes, that's for sure; who ever is going to put more money into this company/dream wants his investment to be goldplated in case of success. High risk - no option left for Baltia being desperate of finding just some one to fund further steps to be taken - highest possible reward for taking this risk. This is how I would negotiate with Baltia if I had millions to invest. So, the level of warrants will be extremely high!
