Yeah, except Paul did not protect it's intellectual property and allowed Al to register the trademark under a company that Al owns. In addition, Paul's lack of action (i.e., filing an inexpensive court order to prevent Al from using the trademark) and removing VitaStik products from the VitaCig website probably is an indicator that Paul likely signed something away that he should have.
