A holding co shell etc having no employees and no contractual obligations actually can make M&A process much smoother. Again my interest in whatever happens is tax mature and was luck of trading. I maybe into in the analysis aspect but I would love to watch a euphoric state transpire. Kind of like the incubation process of a Giant Pacific Sea Tortuous! Just cool shit!
