Look at the close here, the MM's are holding the price up. I think they have shifted due to the news. It is more difficult to grab some juice for themselves at the turn here as they first and foremost must provide liquidity when they receive large orders.

For the financiers, yes, but I think they have privately already got it to some degree. The stock gifts of late to mgt. can provide the powder they need to quench the edge. Behind the scene the deals are privy, and there are ways to dice the carrot to sweeten the pie.
