it wont trade under 3 for long imo.Immediate value way over $5 PPS: $9m net assets vs $8m cap + patent portfolio of millions + a current cash payment of $4.375M(just received this week)

as mentioned last week the balance sheet very solid.Assets/Debt ratio improved from 2.77 to 4.24.Net assets (Total Assets minus Total Liabilities)= $8.8m.
