Go $BLTA is right, This closing of the investigation and the PR, tells me they have a lease. I see this as the turning point. Trip prices will not remain long. The market makers are loading for their clients so as not to cause an alert notice. Just as they have brought this down, they will take it up. Those that know about the lease/investor dealings (word gets out) have started to buy and will continue as much as possible in a way to get as much as possible without appreciably moving the market. I started noticing some of this in the last couple of weeks and yesterday something told me to watch closely today and that was confirmed with the MM signals, not much later the news.
