I am not familiar with the difference between what Google is letting go (Google Search Appliance / GSA) that YIPI wants to tap into (the search appliance market) and the new cloud based "product" that Google is beta testing and will be pushing hard for the universe to adopt.

What's the difference between the two? And will YIPI EASE 360 platform be able to be just as useful, efficient and cost effective as the new cloud-based product (whatever that is) Google is switching to?
