My reasoning for being so conservative with penny stocks , is because until they get listed by Nasdaq (and even then its questionable) the actions of the share price is not controlled by the actions of the company but by MM's and those who use brokers such as Sure trader . I call it the tail wagging the dog........

FYi I recently spoke with one of my contacts and he advised the company's product is great.....the only down side is the cost as it relates to smaller depts (budget)......

I would think there is grant money out there that will help or alot of depts use their forfeiture funds to pay for such items.
