My understanding is that the CFO's resignation threw a major wrench into things. Given that the Q's have been almost always late, my opinion is that she was over her head. Combine that with their small operational team and limited resources, the pivoting to manage things went slowly.

Micro caps aren't Apple and they don't have the same redundancy. What is clear is that they want to remain a reporting company. That is key.
