ABATTIS ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR

Vancouver, BC – May 24, 2016 - Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. (the
"Company"

)
(OTCQX: ATTBF) (CSE: ATT), is very pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Maryam
Amin Shanjani to the board of directors of the Company as of May 19, 2016.
Ms. Amin Shanjani is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant and
Payroll Compliance Practitioner. She has a BS in Accounting and Business and MS in
Economics. Ms. Amin Shanjani joined the Company as Controller in March 2015. In her current
role, she is responsible for accounting, financial statements, MD&A, taxation and audit.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Amin Shanjani worked for more than ten years as a controller
for Canadian and Global public companies at Andover Mining Corp., Chief Consolidated Mining
Company, and Digifonica International Inc. Before her roles as Controller, Ms. Amin Shanjani
was the System Development Manager for over ten years for Audit Organization in Iran.
Managing a staff of 17, she managed the design, implementation and training for financial and
cost accounting systems.
