Does this make for a good PONZI scheme:

Where it only benefits the executives and Board...................

IMHO the reason for the webcast is...

1. To let everyone know why they couldn't merge after spending 10 million dollars -
2. To say they're still working on finding a suitable partner
3. Give themselves more shares
4 -10 Decide yourself but IMHO this is going to be 100% A HUGE BUST COME JUNE 1st

Lets spend another 10 million on vacation....vegas....dining...houses..etc...
