It would not be news that I could be wrong, I have no idea why someone would sell at .0001, could be they bought at that price and impatiently sold to put their money to work elsewhere or it could be debt converters but unless you are the seller yourself, it is an opinion not a fact, but whoever bought at .0001 may gladly sell at .0002.
