LOL!~~Little story here..................
Yesterday, He had a Pr-Scheduled trip to the VA local clinic, his yearly thing to continue orders for medications.
Was dreading it, because lady he see's, is a pistol, not easy to work with, and have had problems with her in the past
There's tons of new paperwork, data, new diagnoses which has been faxed there from four specialists, and was prepared for TOO many why questions, etc..
She came in friendly as can be, went over the basics, looked at pictures of ALL his problems, and went through the current and changed med list very quickly...
(both of us looking at each other thinking-Oh wow someone must have finally jerked a knot in her arse)
She then went ahead to approve and order the expensive small tube of repair cream we could not get through last order after viewing the Wound Clinic report.
Turns out, SHE now has some sort of major health problem with a few specialists involved!!!
She said something like; 'I have so much more empathy and understanding for my patients now after my own dilemma and several doctors to keep track of with records.' You need anything else just call. I TOLD HER G/L with her new problems and we left with a smile!
