On the private placement issue. Seems to me that when negotiating with interested parties it's perfectly all right to explore terms that have not been presented in public announcements. If a deal is made then it is required that it be reported.

Terms of the pp are one thing, but if JB is telling only prospective pp investors about a change in drilling schedules, or how the money is going to be spent which is different than what is being said publicly - that is a problem. Isn't it?
