How long before the PR comes out saying the merger fell through? Maybe never and we don't get anymore information. Pretty sad no corporate update has come out pro or con.

And I wonder if the profitable part of the company was spun off to private investors. Wasn't there some sort of info or filing about that a few weeks ago?

No, i don't like it one bit no news has come out. This one has become another sub-penny disappointment.

I'm not buying anymore shares based on what I'm feeling until I see some lettuce in my bank account.
