If and when the Herpescide results come back, and if they are positive, we can expect to see a modest pop in the price. Maybe back above $2. Or, even, stretching a bit, to $3. But all it really means is that another 'cide has been shown to work in animals, which has been known about Flucide for years. NNVC will still not have gone over the unbreachable hurdle -- getting a 'cide all the way through tox. The truth is that NNVC is as far away from getting IND approval for some 'cide as it has been at any time in the past 5 years.
