Pita - it was mentioned - but we couldn't figure out the why?

There were comments that:

Al got a back door deal from Paul and screwed VTCQ shareholders over.

or, VitaStik was trying to continue to associate themselves with MCIG/VitaCig in preparation for a lawsuit.

I think it's the latter.

Maybe I missed it, but why is the office of vitastik the same as vitacig? Perhaps I am just forgetting
