its going to be timed to get the best bang for the pps...since this is the last of may they probably already know most of the answers..one thing for sure...they do not pump the stock...if they say it then more than 95% chance you get it...the choice is yours and others...buy it now or post split...even at post split the pps will be in the range of penny traders for better or worse...it will actually reduce the 70mil shares that their financiers converted to common shares some time back, to where they will be able to off those shares if volume picks up as they think it will...if they tried to move those shares now the stock price would be zilch..so an agreement was probably made by both sides..( 1 ) side to agree to r/s the stock ( 2 ) the other side agree not to attempt to sell the converted common shares until the r/s....because after the split the financiers will only have 4.7mil shares to sell...those shares should be pretty easy to sell with the volume they expect in the new post r/s debut.but you now have a company who evidently sees alot of revenue growth and earnings going forward..and the split is coming in the strength of their revenue season...3rd and 4th qtrs..I own quite a bit of the stock so it will still be good for me..what do you think a company that has..so imagine the stock being about .45 per share with revenues between 22 and 25 million plus some pretty nice earnings with a stock with only around 47 million shares outstanding..profits look less with 700,000,000 shares to space it over verses only 47 million
