I think the deciding factor on a reverse split would be whether or not the market will absorb enough new shares with the current share structure (and possibly an A/S raised yet again) to allow acquisition of enough cash to complete the first round of rebooting the business. I am pretty sure that is what Adrian wants to talk about in the upcoming conference call. By now, he should have a good idea of what it will cost to do the reboot, and he knows how much of that he has, and how much he does not currently have.
