Yeah, I don't think Ricco could get 10% of POW!. Stan and Gill would lose their voting majority.

I think Ricco just did POW!/Stan a favor and kept the Stan Lee Global deal from scrutiny. Ricco owned 75% of Stan Lee Global, wich seems to have several pieces of POW! IP, without substantial cost.

I agree, again, with firhorse, Ricco probably thought it was a certyainty they would get their money back. I'm thinking that Focus Media has to pay POW! (maybe Ricco, too) for the IP, and Ricco would get their money from that.
