Since the loan is to be repaid soon maybe POW showed RIcco some certainty that it would be.

"... to be repaid on December 31, 2016, unless sooner due as a result of a change in control of the Company or the Company’s bankruptcy. " Interesting choice of words.

Edit: BTW I don't think getting 10% of POWN would be easy.
