Paul told me in an email 2 years ago, that there was no plans to make this into a fully reporting company. He also said that bonuses are the norm for the CEO. He had no problem telling me that "even though there is revenues coming in, he would still sell shares if the markets were ideal to sell them."
Meaning he would keep the price low and continue to move company profits to his own pocket for as long as he could get away with it.
