WIV at least one of your many valid points regarding Boyd was answered today - 150,000 options @ .05.

"Further, if Boyd really did know something re: the inferred positive future of MZEI, as an intelligent person he would have sought and been granted stock options. The Form 3 filed last week addresses no such award. The “Executive Employment Agreement” link on the 8-K doesn’t work, so who knows what the employment agreement says. "
